I’m trying to eat healthily for 2019, but I eat junk food when I’m stressed! Any advice?

Dear Chloe,

Maybe when you’re stressed and wanting to eat bad food, think about all the fun things you want to do and what food will help you do them! Also, when I’m stressed I like to yawn, so maybe you could try that?
