We all experience stress, every day. Procrastinating, or wasting time, is pretty common. The thing most of us forget is that just fighting the tendency won’t help. What will help is figuring out why we are wasting time. Because when we find ourselves wasting time, there’s usually a good reason. And knowing that reason is the source of making a change.

Why? Because so many of us forget to breathe, forget to pay attention to what  is happening now in this very moment.

Even if you’re under a lot of stress, and have a lot of worries. If you stop for a minute and just exist in the moment you are in, you can find relief from that stress. Look at the sunset. It was back in January, when Guatemala bred and California raised Mishu, experienced snow for the very first time. She walked down the steps, took a few steps, and immediately tried to go back up. The video doesn’t show everything, but there was about 5 minutes of Mishu repeatedly being lured or carried out to the snow, and then escaping back under cover or up the stairs. read more

Mishu: How to stop being tired and stressed during the day? Some people like to drink #coffee, but I’m not allowed. Instead I make sure to get lots of sleep at night, take naps during the day, and I have one more trick. I like to drink a lot of water! Water is yummy and every time I am next to my bowl I make sure to have a couple sips. It makes me have so much more energy during the day, so I don’t feel depressed or stress! Mishu: You know, I shake sometimes too if I’m excited or cold, and I’m not even small. But I’ve heard that if a dog shakes all the time, you should take them to the vet.
