adventure
Adventure is that feeling of possibility, of exploration, and it is one of the things that makes life so exciting. Some people thing adventure means exploring a far away place or doing an extreme sport, but the truth is, you can find adventure anywhere – it’s just a matter of perspective! A trip to the supermarket can be an adventure. Trying a new food can be an adventure. Or Embarking on a new phase of life or starting a new job can be an exciting experience. Having a child, making a friend, falling in love. Even getting sick or encountering difficulty. If you view an experience as an opportunity and you view new things as opening up possibilities, you are in the adventure mindset. And that mindset is often what separates an experience from one that we anticipate and enjoy to one that causes us fear. So whatever you encounter, be bold and find a sense of adventure wherever you can!
