Sophia – Thank you for all your hard work 👏! I think it’s okay to go 🏠 and just rest, but maybe you can fit in some time to do things that make you feel good at some point during the day. What about a warm bath? Or if not in the evening, then what about morning? I like to find a sunny patch to lay on in the morning.
