Dear Andrea – Now is Now. It is not tomorrow, or next week. It is not yesterday or last month. So whatever happened or might happen is not happening Now. When you feel panicked, try to be in the Now for a few minutes…❤️ – Mishu

Also, dear Andrea, I want to say that you can try to handle this yourself but sometimes people need professional help or medication – and there’s nothing wrong with that. Even dogs sometimes take anti-anxiety medication!
